As the son of Indian immigrants who transformed their lives and corporate careers after settling in the UK, Anil learned that the human potential for innovation and growth is limitless with the right technology, team, culture, and community.

At an early age, Tony learned from his parents that hard work, persistence, and discipline could help you reach your goals while also recognizing the importance of care, empathy, and relationships in your life.

As a child, Neil’s parents were once told that while he was a nice kid, he’d never amount to anything. He took these comments as a challenge and uses them as a motivational tool to this day as co-founder and CIO of Virtual MGR.

Born in Ireland, Paul attained a Bachelors Degree In Electronic Engineering, which he feels has served him well in his career as a Software Engineer. Initially moving to London for contracts with Dow Jones and Travelex, Paul eventually settled in Melbourne, rising to become the CTO of a global dispatch software company,  Mobile Technologies International.

Steve is the middle child, born in Scotland in 1972, with a younger sister Lisa and older brother Neil.  Following in his father's footsteps, Steve found computers fascinating from an early age. As a teenager, he was coding games and developing utilities for his Dad's work.    

Based on the Gold Coast, Australia, Georgia brings her dedication, hard work and positive ‘can-do’ attitude to the Virtual MGR team. Georgia, who was originally hired as a Business Analyst, quickly worked her way up to take on the position of Global HR Director across Virtual MGR’s three offices in the US, AUS & UK.

Kelsey brings 10 years of healthcare and leadership experience to her role as Chief Growth Officer at Virtual Mgr. Prior to Virtual Mgr, Kelsey was the Vice President of Sales & Customer Experience at Surfacide, UVC, where she led the sales team, forged and managed strategic partnerships, and worked side by side with health systems to leverage UVC technology and data analytics to drive improved clinical outcomes.

With over 36 years of support service leadership in healthcare, higher education as well as business and industry, Rich brings a wealth of experience in addition to expertise in these core service disciplines.

As Vice President of Operations at Virtual Mgr, Whitney brings over four years of experience across every role within the company’s implementation team.

As a child of a family with ties to the Healthcare field, it was only natural that Joe would find himself working closely in this field. After graduating from college, he worked in banking, but quickly found this wasn’t what he wanted to do long term.

Based in Charleston, SC, Nicole brings over six years of experience in the healthcare and Environmental Services (EVS) sector. Her expertise spans the East Coast and extends beyond. Nicole became a valuable new member of the Virtual MGR team this yea......

I grew up and live in Western Pennsylvania. I still live there with my wife, Kristina, and my two children, Emily and Mark. Growing up, my parents taught me a balance of working hard and treating others better than you’d want them to treat you—these two core principles I carry with me every day in my personal and professional life. Success is proportionally balanced with how you treat your peers.

Based in Russia, Pinakin always loved programming. He started his programming career in the  area of cyber security and incident reporting. Pinakin has always been interested and curious about learning new skills.

Based in the Philippines, Lyle works closely alongside Business Analysts and performs administrative tasks for client support at Virtual MGR. She is an optimistic person with strong interpersonal skills and uses her positive attitude and energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.

Kenneth is from a family of farmers and fishermen. He learned from his family that achieving success is through hard work and determination. His parents did not want his life to not only include fishing or farming, but to explore more opportunities in life. He took a course in Associate of Computer programming where he learned his current skills.

Joel is one of the Business Analysts for Virtual MGR. Based in the Philippines, Joel is involved in setting up systems for clients and follows up with support for the client.  He also works on reporting and data analytics.

Kathy came from a tough upbringing and was told, education was a waste of time, however Kathy's ambition led her to defy all odds. At an early age, she began earning money through hard labor and then decided to send herself to school.

From Team Leader to Director, Christian has consistently brought passion, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset to every role. Now serving as a Senior Implementation Engineer with Virtual MGR, he plays a key role in supporting and expanding services such as HealthClean, SmartClean, PeriOperative, and Materials Management Space optimization on a nationwide scale; working to elevate sustainability and redefine standards in healthcare support services.

Based in Australia, Gold Coast, Chama is a freshly graduated Data engineer, currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Data Analytics at Bond University. She has worked on data science projects in different domains, from Digital Farming to Benchmarking studies for a consulting company.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Audrey is now based out of Raleigh, NC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Duquesne University, and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.

Jade has been with Virtual Mgr for three years as an Implementation Specialist. She combines her passion for helping others with problem-solving skills to guide clients toward their goals and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and coworkers.

Based in the US, Adrienne is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in humanitarian and healthcare sectors, showcasing a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Brittany joins us from Atlanta, GA. Brittany is originally from North Carolina where she studied Biology at Livingstone College. Instead of sticking with the lab, Brittany decided to pivot into the exciting world of technology, diving headfirst into implementing innovative technical projects and software solutions.

Lawrence Chen is a Project Manager at Virtual Mgr with over eight years of experience in digital and physical product management, software development, and creative marketing strategy. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Georgia State University and is passionate about building feel-good product experiences that create both user value and business impact.

Tom is a passionate professional with a background in financial services and a keen interest in helping others thrive. Over the past two years, Tom worked as a financial representative, developing a strong foundation in client relationships and financial planning.

Matt Shreibman is a Regional Sales Director with over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, starting out in the orthopedic trauma wound up realizing he had a passion for safety protocols focusing on cleanliness and safety in the healthcare setting. Matt began specializing in environmental services and infection prevention sales driven products and had been hand selected for several key launch teams. He currently leads customer growth initiatives for KleenEdge and Virtual Manager, helping healthcare organizations implement innovative solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency.
